Shipping and return policy

If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product of equivalent value, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Original artworks valued at $100 or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. In the case that original works are damaged in transit, full or partial refunds or store credit may be issued upon review of customer provided photo-documentation of damage. 

Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To start a return, please complete the following steps:

Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
Send all items back to us using the label provided. 

Additional Information:

Customers are responsible for providing boxes/shipping packages for returns. Refunds or credits are issued when the seller receives the returned items. Once the items are received, refunds or credits may take up to 10 days to process. How long it takes to receive your refund, replacement product, or store credit. 
Lost or damaged returns will be handled on a case-by case basis. Store credit will be issued when appropriate.
